-To perform a continuous monitoring of the project, based on an established and agreed upon Monitoring & Evaluation Plan, to provide the management team with swift yet accurate data, thus enabling the manager to effectively steer the project.
-To put in place and manage quality assurance mechanisms so as all project processes and outputs are making the required quality standards.
-To determine and measure all project outcomes, and so understand the extent to which the project achieved its objectives.

WP4:

Objectives:
-Reinforce the networking capacity among institutional and non-institutional organizations and actors to address the vaccination literacy and migrant sensitivity of the health care system with respect to the immunization of NAM.
-Strengthen the healthcare system vaccination literacy and responsiveness among health care professionals and other health operators (such as cultural mediators) to increase the capacity skills and cultural sensitivity of the health care system in promoting active immunization of NAM.

WP6:

Objectives:
-Develop country specific action-oriented flow charts that will improve vaccination coverage for NAM in the consortium countries. The flow charts will include identified barriers and, for each barrier, solutions and relevant tools.

Description
This WP will create country-specific, action-oriented flow charts adjusted to the situation in each country, starting from the barriers and the proposed solutions identified and critically analyzed in the General Conceptual Framework developed by WP4. Each solution will be linked to specific tools, while participatory methods will be used to validate the proposed flow chart.
Piloted solutions to overcome system barriers and final recommendations to increase vaccination uptake

Description
This WP will focus on implementation and evaluation of specific solutions and production of country specific final recommendations to promote and increase vaccination uptake among NAM. While Prolepsis will lead the consortium, all partners will be responsible for piloting in their own countries. The development of implementation, evaluation and monitoring plans will facilitate implementation of interventions, assessment of agreed indicators and visibility of the implementation processes.
Objectives
1. Pilot test and evaluate country specific solutions to overcome system barriers and increase vaccination uptake with emphasis on the life course approach to the immunization of NAM.
2. Produce final recommendations inform relevant local, national and EU policy.
