Piloted solutions to overcome system barriers on vaccinations

To address system barriers and enhance vaccination uptake among NAM (Newly Arrived Migrants), the AcToVax4NAM partnership has developed and piloted various tools and resources across the partnership countries. These efforts focus on testing and evaluating country-specific solutions tailored to overcome unique local challenges. The pilot includes AcToVax4NAM tools such as the action-oriented flow charts, training materials, and the glossary as well as additional country-specific tools such as vaccination campaigns for HPV, communication cards, information guides, map with vaccination centers and other resources designed to improve healthcare system responsiveness and literacy concerning vaccination for NAM and upskilling of professionals for health (PFH).

Additionally, the project emphasizes the importance of community engagement and the development of culturally sensitive communication strategies.
