Driving delivery and uptake of catch-up vaccination among adolescent and adult migrants in UK general practice: a mixed methods pilot study.

Migrants in the UK and Europe are at higher risk for vaccine-preventable diseases (VPDs) due to missed childhood vaccines and health system marginalization. It’s crucial to provide catch-up vaccinations like MMR, Td/IPV, MenACWY, and HPV to protect their health and align with UK and European schedules. Unfortunately, recent evidence shows a lack of awareness and implementation of these guidelines by UK primary care staff. Innovative approaches are needed to strengthen the primary care pathway. Let’s bridge the gap for a healthier future!
